Oahu’s Big Island It’s got a height of 83″ with 52″ bed. Its motor and inverted wheel base is 24″ and its over all wheel base is about 31″. It was built by H.F. Kokui as a stock unit. I am listed as the owner but there is a credit card issued to Anthony James. I did not find anything on the TCM about a TCX tow motor so there may be a history that I missed. And I can’t help but notice that quite a few of the H. F. toys at the garage have names with the last name of Kokua with a K somewhere in them.// Copyright 2013 The Chromium Authors. The authors reviewed studies on the treatment of urge incontinence (UI) with percutaneous tibial nerve stimulation (PTNS) in order to find the lasting efficacy and complications of this technique. A search in PubMed, EMBASE and Cochrane Library from 2003 to 2016 was performed using the following key words: «percutaneous tibial nerve stimulation», «tibial nerve stimulation», «tibial nerve stimulation and pressure», «tibial nerve stimulation and obstructive defecation» and «tibial nerve stimulation and urge incontinence». All trials that assessed the effect of PTNS on urge and/or mixed UI in adult patients were included. No further restriction of any language or study design was made. A total of 23 articles were identified. PTNS was indicated in chronic and refractory urge and/or mixed UI. Among the 16 case series and case reports that met the inclusion criteria, 5 had a limited follow-up, while the rest had follow-up ranging from 6 to 36 months. Ten studies had small sample sizes, usually less than 15 patients and an average of 23 sessions. Five studies had follow-up ranging from 12 to 36 months. For urge UI, 69% (10/14) and 69% (12/17) of patients had total and partial continence, respectively. The average duration of effect was 8.2 months (range 6-18 months). Six studies (40%) reported the existence of adverse events. Complications are relatively low. Evidence on the effectiveness of PTNS is poor due to a small number of studies with limited follow-up. Despite a relatively low rate of adverse events, in adult UI patients, PTNS does not always seem to be a viable option. C/EBPβ and PPARγ, rather than at the site of lipid accumulation, indicates that the efficacy of this diet could be related to the enhanced PPARγ expression, as implied by the correlation between PPARγ expression in CPs and the extent of fat accumulation. The increase in PPARγ expression in CPs of eLKO rats, may be related to the 6d1f23a050
